Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born in Canada. She is well-known among Canadians because of her character as a Canadian actress in the Freeform fantasy television show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea to whom you are love. Emeraude Toubia also is an accomplished model and dancer. She was born in Montreal and has resided in Texas from the time she was a child and has always loved performing. She was trained since early in diverse types. When she was 15 years old, she was taking part in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame when she competed in Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. She began acting in 2010 when she played an office receptionist on an Telemundo episode. Her debut film was an action drama Tattooed Love in 2015. Toubia was nominated two times to win Teen Choice Awards as the most outstanding TV actor Fantasy/Sci-Fi for her role in Shadowhunters.
